The second session “Development of Patent Infringement law and FTO analysis in India " will be delivered by Mr. Vikram Pratap Singh Thakur, Manager Bioscience Patent Division, Brain League IP Services. This session will dwell with issues like Patent infringement analysis, recent case laws, Process of caring out FTO analysis, FTO Analysis and challenges in India
The third session on “Recent development in patent jurisprudence, Patent office policy changes, Patent strategy and options" will be delivered by Mr. Nishant Kewalramani, Portfolio Manager, Brain League IP Services, alumni of NLU-Jodhpur and Franklin Pierce Law Centre, USA. The session will provide an in-depth understanding of Recent development in patent jurisprudence, Patent office policy changes, Patent strategy and options.
The final session is the Panel discussion and Counseling with the team of experts. This session will provide the participants with an opportunity to have a one to one discussion to address specific issues pertaining to Intellectual Property. The participants can fix meetings with experts from Brain League to discuss their issues and questions relating to Intellectual Property.
