Mr. Anil Suraj Bangalore
Mr. Anil Suraj Bangalore is bearing a keen academic and policy interest
in the World Trade Organization and its basket of
multilateral agreements, including TRIPs, Mr. Anil Suraj is
a Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
and is particularly associated with the Centre for Public
Policy. During his stint as a Research Fellow at the
National Judicial Academy, India, Mr. Suraj coordinated
training programmes for senior District Judges and High
Court Justices on various topics, including – Economic
analysis of law and adjudication of economic laws, with a
specific focus on intellectual property. Mr. Suraj has been
involved in international research projects and has been
regularly addressing audiences of varied stakeholders on
legal and economic issues.

Mr. Vikram Pratap
Singh Thakur is an Intellectual Property Analyst at Brain

Property. He has expertise in conducting Patent Searching
and Drafting, IP Audits, Providing IP Consultation and Legal

with several companies on the trademark issues. He also
provides internal and external Training on IP to employees
at various organizations. He has done his graduation in

Mr. Nishant Kewalramani holds a Masters
degree in Intellectual Property Rights, Commerce &
Technology from Franklin Pierce, USA. He is a B.Sc. LLB
(Honors) graduate from National Law University, Jodhpur.
During his career he has worked on a variety of Intellectual
Property issues ranging from Filings to Strategic management
of Intellectual Property. He has immense experience in
Intellectual Property Portfolio Management and therefore has
dealt with IP filing in various countries including the
likes of USA, India and European Union. He is a registered
Patent Agent and experienced as a patent attorney. Working
as a Portfolio Manager at Brain League he has been a part of
various corporate training programs. He also holds advanced
certifications in Electronic Commerce and Intellectual
Property from World Intellectual Property Organization.
Ms. Vintee Mishra
Ms. Vintee Mishra as an Intellectual Property
Analyst at Brain League, she has strong expertise in
Intellectual Property (IP) generation, protection and
management. Her domain expertise lies in the area of
conducting IP Audits, Reviewing and Drafting IP Agreements,
IP Negotiations and conducting Corporate Trainings on IP.
She also has enormous experience in rendering IP
consultation services and delivering legal opinion on any IP
related issue. As a Guest Faculty in National Law India
University, Bangalore, and having delivered lectures on
various other law schools she is an expert in all Indian IP
laws, more particularly in Trademarks, Semiconductors and

Rights from National Law University, Jodhpur. She is a
